MILWAUKEE - Head coach LaVall Jordan and his Milwaukee men's basketball team are just weeks away from the official start of the 2016-17 season and want to get the ball rolling by inviting staff and faculty from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to an open practice this Friday.
 
Join the team October 21 for a morning of basketball, food and socializing. The entire event will start at 10 a.m. and run until 11:30 a.m.
 
Participants can watch practice from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and mingle with the team afterwards. Coach Jordan will also welcome the group and address the attendees.

Snacks will be provided in the form of chips, cookies, bagels and fruit, with coffee, orange juice, water, sports drinks and soda also on hand. Information on season tickets and mini-plans – with faculty/staff discount – will also be available.
