MILWAUKEE (September 8, 2015) – Boo Davis, who was a standout on Milwaukee men's basketball teams that reached the NCAA Tournament in 2005 and 2006, has signed a professional contract to play for KB Peja (SuperLeague) in Kosova it was announced this week. The 6-foot-3 guard and Chicago native played for Elitzur Remla in the Israeli National League last season and averaged 16.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.6 steals per game.

Davis' professional career in Europe has also included stops in France, Poland, Ukraine, Greece, Argentina, Italy and Cyprus. In 2011, Davis was named to the All-Italian Lega2 Third Team and in 2010 helped his team to the Cyprus Cup. One of his best all-around seasons came in 2012-13 when he averaged 13.1 ppg, 3.9 rpg, 2.8 apg and 1.5 spg playing for DniproAzot in Ukraine.

Davis collected Second Team All-Horizon League accolades in 2005-06 as a senior, when he helped the Panthers to a 22-9 overall record and a NCAA Tournament victory over Oklahoma before they fell to eventual national champion Florida. As a senior, Davis posted 16.3 ppg and 5.1 rpg, while shooting 38.9 percent (91-for-234) from three-point range. He posted a career-best 31 points against UIC during the 2005-06 campaign and that season also poured in 26 points in the aforementioned NCAA Tournament win versus Oklahoma.

During his junior season in 2004-05, Davis put up 10.2 ppg to rank third on the team in scoring. He was a key contributor on a squad that reached the NCAA Sweet 16 and after he returned from an injury in early January that season, helped the squad to a 19-2 record. During Davis' two active seasons on the Milwaukee roster, the Panthers compiled an impressive 48-15 (.762) record.Â
