MILWAUKEE (April 3, 2015) – The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is conducting a survey to enhance the basketball fan experience and your insight and opinions are needed.
 
Participants in the survey will be entered into a drawing to win one of the following prizes:
 

• 4 courtside seats to a 2015-16 regular-season Milwaukee men's basketball game and $50 gift card to Joey Buona's
• $50 gift card to Harry's Bar and Grill
• $50 gift card to Oakcrest Tavern in Shorewood
• $25 gift card to Noodles
• $25 gift card to Noodles

 
Data provided is recorded anonymously and your personal identification is not associated with your data entry. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the survey. More than one entry per person will disqualify participants from prize drawing.
