Rob Jeter To Appear On Bill Michaels Show Thursday

Milwaukee finished the season with seven wins in its final nine games

MILWAUKEE (March 4, 2015) – University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee men's basketball coach Rob Jeter, who just completed his 10th season at the helm of the program, will be a guest on The Bill Michaels Show on 105.7 FM The Fan Thursday, March 5 at 11:35 a.m. CT.

In 10 seasons, Jeter has guided Milwaukee to four postseason appearances including a pair of NCAA Tournament berths, and this season produced a pair of Second Team All-Horizon League performers in senior guard Steve McWhorter (14.2 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 4.6 apg, 1.6 spg) and junior forward Matt Tiby (13.3 ppg, 7.8 rpg). His 164 victories rank second in Milwaukee history behind only Guy Penwell (186).

Milwaukee concluded the 2014-15 season with a 14-16 overall record and a 9-7 mark in Horizon League play, which was good for a two-game improvement over last season's conference ledger. The Panthers finished the season with a flourish, winning seven of their final nine contests, including each of the last four games.
